El bosque, El árbol, la madera, el resto…
Mi interés por la naturaleza y sobretodo mi relación con la madera como material de trabajo me lleva a reflexionar acerca del vínculo que podemos establecer con ella. Un vínculo que oscila entre el respeto y la devastación.
Recolecto restos de árboles los intervengo con trozos de grabados que fueron realizados con matrices de madera (xilografía). Luego situó ese resto de árbol en diferentes contextos, instalación en el MACA (Museo de arte Contemporáneo. Junín). También lo devuelvo a su lugar de origen, bosque o parque.
En otra instancia los señalamientos con restos de grabados en forma de rollitos los aplico directamente sobre árboles.
Estas acciones me permiten redimir y dignificar, también agradecer las posibilidades que siempre me ha brindado la madera para poetizar sobre el mundo.
El eco de los frutos nos rumorea acerca de aquello que lo hizo posible…
En tiempos de descarte, recolectar, visibilizar albergar.

Objetos construidos con restos de papel de arroz teñido con té negro y te rojo. Con pequeños trocitos de grabado trasferidos.

The forest, the trees, the wood, the leftover….
My interest for nature and above all my relation with the wood as a material for working, takes me to reflect about the relation with the wood as a material for working, takes me to reflect about the relation that we can establish with it. A relation that oscillates between the respect and the devastation.
I recollect leftovers from the trees I intervene them with pieces of engrave that were made with matrices of wood (xylography). Then I place that leftover from the tree in deferent contexts, installation at the MACA (Museum of Contemporary Art. Junín) and then I gave it back to the place of origin, forest or park. In other instance pointing with leftovers of engraves with a roll shape I apply them over trees.
This actions permit me redeem and dignify, also thank the possibilities that wood always gives me to poeticize about the world.
The echo of the fruits rumors us about what made it possible ...
In times of discard, collect, make visible, shelter.

Technique: Objects built with remains of rice paper dyed with black tea and red tea. With small bits of engraving transferred.
